Pumpkin Hummus

Today I'm dropping you a super speedy recipe and a super speedy blog post. This gem of a recipe has become our weegans favourite side dish to dip pretty much everything into. Great for sharing platters, in sandwiches or even spooned into a warm buttery jacket potato. This little number will make you feel all the festive feels of this wondrous time of year.   • 1 x 400g tin chickpeas + 7 tbsp chickpea liquid

  • 1 clove garlic

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree

  • 1 tbsp tahini

  • 1 tsp ground cumin

  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

  • 1 tsp ground coriander

  • pinch nutmeg

  • juice 1 lemon


  1. Pop all of your ingredients into a food processor and blitz until smooth and creamy.

It really is as simple as that. A perfect way to celebrate the change of season with a gently spiced sharing recipe for the whole family to enjoy!
