Today I'm dropping you a super speedy recipe and a super speedy blog post. This gem of a recipe has become our weegans favourite side dish to dip pretty much everything into. Great for sharing platters, in sandwiches or even spooned into a warm buttery jacket potato. This little number will make you feel all the festive feels of this wondrous time of year. 1 x 400g tin chickpeas + 7 tbsp chickpea liquid
1 clove garlic
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1 tbsp tahini
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp ground coriander
juice 1 lemon
Pop all of your ingredients into a food processor and blitz until smooth and creamy.
