Energy Balls

  • 2 tbs crunchy peanut butter
  • 6 pitted dates
  • 1 cup dried apricots
  • Half cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup flaked almonds
  • Half cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup hemp seeds
  • 1 cup oats
  • 5 Brazil nuts
  1. Blitz all of the ingredients in your grinder until they move around the bowl in one sticky mass.You may need to blend in two batches depending on the size of your grinder
  2. Portion and roll into balls
If you don't eat them all in one sitting (not advisable!) they will keep in an airtight container for up to a week. Enjoy!
