Dark Chocolate Ginger Mochas
Today's blog is a super speedy one guys. I just wanted to check in with you all and share this scrummy festive treat. Perfect for a snuggly movie night. This is one that the whole family will enjoy. Mmmm!
1 cup dairy-free milk (We used cashew.)
50-75 g dark chocolate (Depends on how rich you like it.)
1 tbsp molasses
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp instant coffee (You can leave this out for children.)
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
pinch grated nutmeg
Gently heat all of your ingredients in a non-stick pan until smooth and creamy.
Spiced hot chocolate is the way to my heart and the coffee in this one adds a special richness to make you feel thoroughly spoilt. Go on, treat yourself!
