Ooh!! I’m so excited to share this recipe with you guys. There are few flavours I love more than orange and rosemary together and this here is no exception. It’s festive, its light, it’s fragrant and zesty. The perfect way to end a meal sweetly without having to undo your top button for room! (So rude!) This recipe was originally created many moons ago for our ebook but it just screams Christmas so much that I wanted to save it and share it with you lovely lot to show you how much I care. Nothing shows love more than Christmas or cake or Christmas cake. These little beauties are so moist and tender. The juicy glaze makes them melt in the mouth. However, as I like to indulge a little (a lot) over the festive season I drizzled them in my beloved Oatly cream and it transformed them into what can only be described as heaven on a plate. Yes really! I shall keep you in suspense no longer. Here you have the most wonderful orange and rosemary bundt cakes. Have a wonderful festive season Fam. We appreciate you more than you know. Help us out! If you have any […]
Well, this recipe came as a bit of surprise I can tell you. I’m not a fan of mint confection usually but somehow managed to find myself the proud owner of a bottle of peppermint essence. (Long story!) Me being me I hated the idea of any waste so thought I would make a simple treat for the kids and boy, oh boy, was I shocked at how delicious they were. They are simply Christmas in a biscuit. I am now one hell of a peppermint fan. Who knew? These are so simple to make, making them the perfect bake with little ones. Your home will smell like icy peppermint and you, like me, will now be putting these on the Christmas traditions list. Enjoy!! Now, if these last long enough and you want to store any them for later then pop them into an airtight container and they will last for a few days. They will lose some of their crunch but will still be perfectly chewy and delicious. Don’t forget to tag us into your photos on the socials. We love seeing your bakes especially the festive treats made by you and your mini ones. Have a wonderful, […]

I never knew how much fun Halloween could be until I realised we could have it on our own terms! As previously mentioned we are not major Halloween fans, partly due to the ‘not wanting to be scared’ feeling and partly because it seems like a lot of money and unhealthy foods all rolled into one stressed out ball. Not to put a downer on it at all! Hahaha!! Or should I say “Mwah ha ha ha!!” This year we have decided to go all in but in a cute, family fun and healthy food kind of a way. So, we have our games evening planned, we are working on our decorations (watch this space) and today we turned our attention to what we were going to eat. Now, don’t get me wrong, I love a treat as much as the next person but I spend such a lot of time considering my children’s health that I don’t want to undo all of that positive work by then throwing a few bags of sweets at them. On the other hand, I have a heart and would hate the thought of my kids missing out on a festive treat or two. […]
