Today I’m dropping you a super speedy recipe and a super speedy blog post. This gem of a recipe has become our weegans favourite side dish to dip pretty much everything into. Great for sharing platters, in sandwiches or even spooned into a warm buttery jacket potato. This little number will make you feel all the festive feels of this wondrous time of year. - 1 x 400g tin chickpeas + 7 tbsp chickpea liquid
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- pinch nutmeg
- juice 1 lemon
Pop all of your ingredients into a food processor and blitz until smooth and creamy.
