Oh, my word am I excited to share this one with you. This recipe is the perfect tonic to all those naughty festive treats that we’ve been consuming. There is nothing I like more than a cheeky gingerbread man or two don’t get me wrong but I can enjoy a festive slaw on a whole other level. Full of all those trusty Christmas flavours but bursting with goodness and nutrition. This recipe has won my heart and I can’t wait to hear what you guys think of it too.

- 1/2 white cabbage
- 1 red onion
- 1 apple
- juice and zest of 1 orange
- handful dried cranberries
- handful chopped walnuts
- season to taste
Chop your cabbage, apple and onion into thin slices. You can use a food processor if you prefer.
Add your cranberries walnuts and seasoning.
Juice and zest your orange over the top and enjoy!
