Here is our quickest go-to recipe since becoming vegan. The kids love it, we love it and it’s cheap, easy and delicious. You can spruce it up however you like with different veggies but the sauce is so simple and straightforward and can be enjoyed all on its own.
- 1 pint of pasata
- 1 cup of cooked red lentils
- 2 tablespoons of sundried tomatoes in oil
- Blitz it all up and serve over your favourite pasta. So simple! We served with peas, roasted courgette and peppers and a sprinkle of dried Italian herbs. Enjoy!
