Dark Chocolate Ginger Mochas
- 1 cup dairy-free milk We used cashew.
- 50-75 g dark chocolate Depends on how rich you like it.
- 1 tbsp molasses
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp instant coffee You can leave this out for children.
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- pinch grated nutmeg
Gently heat all of your ingredients in a non-stick pan until smooth and creamy.
Spiced hot chocolate is the way to my heart and the coffee in this one adds a special richness to make you feel thoroughly spoilt. Go on, treat yourself!
