Servings 4 people Ingredients 1/2 white cabbage 1 red onion 1 apple juice and zest of 1 orange handful dried cranberries handful chopped walnuts season to taste Instructions Chop your cabbage, apple and onion into thin slices. You can use a food processor if you prefer. Add your cranberries walnuts and seasoning. Juice and zest your orange over the top and enjoy!
